In this registration form you'll be able to register your team and, optionally, submit your team registration fee.

Please read each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

You may pay in full via all major Credit Cards or eCheck.  To pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay or CashApp select "pay offline" and go to stlglass.org/payments to complete your payment.

**Please note, a processing fee will be applied at checkout if you use the Credit Card or eCheck option.

1. Initial team roster must be submitted before the beginning of game play on the first week of play. 
2. Only players that have signed a liability waiver may play.
3. Any additions of players to the submitted team roster after the 1st week of play must be approved by the Board.
4. Failure to comply with either 1 or 2 above will result in a forfeiture of each subsequent game until the roster/waivers are up to date and received by the Board.
5. No person is eligible to play for any team in this organization unless their name is on an official team roster and signature is provided.
6. No team in the summer season shall have more than twenty (20) players on its roster.
7. No player shall be eligible to play as a roster player on more than one league team.
